What we collect

When you use the AI snapshot or request an audit, we collect what you choose to share: your answers in the chat, your email address, and any details you enter about your publication. We also store a scrambled (hashed) form of your connection's IP address to prevent abuse. We do not store your raw IP address.

How we use it

To run the snapshot conversation, prepare and email your snapshot or audit, follow up about PublisherBuilt services, and protect the site from misuse. We do not sell your information.

AI processing

The snapshot assistant is an AI. Your chat messages are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate responses. Our email is sent through Cloudflare, and data is stored with Supabase.

How long we keep it

We keep snapshot and audit records for as long as needed to serve you and follow up, up to [RETENTION PERIOD], unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
